Question by Nae: Any advice on how to get rid of hemorrhoids?
I’ve never had them before and now i have one (i reckon). It’s really sore and i don’t know how to treat it. Any advice? Experience? Thanks.

Yes! I’ve had them before!
I found that by having a high firbe diet (eating prunes with a high fibre cereal for breakfast, lots of apples, pears etc), it helped keep my stools soft and manageable.
Grab some cream and/or pessaries from the chemist for hemorroids, and all will be well.
